Scope of this code

This Code of Conduct ("Code") applies on a worldwide basis to Format Vision advertising agency and its future subsidiaries (collectively "Visions"). This Code applies not only to the activities of the agency in every region but also to its directors, employees and etc.

Our values

We are honest, hardworking, skilled and able to meet every need of our clients.

We always hold our ground and are tolerant, inclusive and non-judgmental. We always ensure that our behavior does not negatively affect our customers and we raise the moral values ​​of the team high.

We donate to animal shelters, children's foundations and nature conservation. Our green policies are also followed outside the office, for which we have provided separate disposal bins in the homes of each of our employees.

Our cause is pure, our work high quality, and our souls pure. We are also:

Our Responsibility to Comply with Laws:

We comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. In some instances, local or foreign laws may differ from the principles outlined in this Code. Generally, in those situations the more restrictive policies, laws or regulations would apply.

Confidentiality:
We will maintain complete confidentiality and protect the anonymity of our clients.

We will not divulge information about any client’s business or discuss our advertising work or progress on their projects, including any lead information, proprietary or intellectual property without prior written consent from the client. We will also ensure that all Format Vision employees and contractors have agreed to written agreements of non-disclosure ensuring the confidentiality of all client information.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct

Sometimes there are situations that call for immediate action.

Harassment in any form
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.

Disrespectful Behavior
Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down anyone. Behave professionally. Trolling and personally attacking someone maliciously will be considered harassment.

Violence in Any Form
Violence and abusive behavior include any attempted, threatened, or actual conduct that endangers or is likely to endanger the health or safety of others and we are including in this animals.

Unethical Behavior
Unethical Conduct includes any serious act or omission intentional or not, which is contrary to this Code.
